Most girls would be creeped out by that. I am older and have personally had a boyfriend that was picky about feet and another guy who got turned on by feet and wanted me to send him photos of my feet in heels. I am open minded and though I don't get turned on by feet I am fine with the idea. Most women are not as understanding so you might want to tone it down. Instead of saying she has beautiful stunning feet, just tell her you like how she takes care of herself. If she becomes your girlfriend, you can share with her how you feel about her feet.

i love when guys compliment any part of my body. from head to toes. especially feet. I don't get a pedicure for nothing, lol. so I get happy when a guy or girl compliments my feet. girls who think it is creepy are dumb. there probably young. why would you get creep out off a compliment?
