Why do girls freak out when a man compliments their feet?

I told a girl on Instagram that she has nice toes, and she blocked my ass. Why would she do this? And why did she post a picture of herself in sandals with painted toes if she doesn't want people looking and commenting?

Out of all the body parts that one could compliment, why is it that the one thing women freak about is FEET?

It is sexual harassment the same way it is when you say nice ass or nice boobs. You're making an unwanted comment to someone about something you find sexually attractive.
