What's a girl think if a guy tells her he cares about her?

what if a guy tells a girl he cares about her and she makes him happy? assuming the girl likes him?

well assuming she likes him, shell be over joyed and excited about how you feel. assume she was'nt interested and you unloaded your heart on her. she would get uncomfortable and try to break it to you the sweetest way possible that she doesn't feel the same. But yes, its endearing and a women always loves to hear that someone cares. that's what we drive on is accaptance. if you tell her, she obliges you two will be great. The next best thing is to include her with your friends, we love to feel like one of the guys. well at least I do, girls drive me nuts.

Actually, he didn't say that over and over again, just a few times at the RIGHT time.

See, hearing that from a guy she likes makes her feel amazing, but the thing is,

you can't overdo it. When you say that twice a week, or 5 times a month, it sounds old and

it sounds like you'd do that to ANY girl that you meet.

Sooo, say it at very special and intimate moments! That makes it very romantic

she'd be happy. I sure would be happy if a guy told me that. of course, if she's afraid of it means it turns into a big relationship thing and that's not what she wants, then she'll flee. I guess you just have to know the girl and what she wants out of the situation to get an idea of how she'll react to it

This is interesting, I often tell my a certain girl that I care about her a lot. But I say it very often, at least a few times a week. I've noticed lately that she doesn't really react to it, or even compliment me back or anything like that.

I'm assuming this is just because it's become the norm now and she doesn't think anything of it, would you guys advise that I lay off it for a while, and try and lengthen the gaps between how often I say it?

The thing is, I don't want her to stop thinking I care just because I stop saying it out of the blue.

I think you could try showing her you care, instead of always telling her you care. You can be there for her when she is sick, give her little surprises, listen to what she has to say, etc. :)

I know if the guy I like told me that I would be on cloud nine.. I would be extrmeley happy to be with him.. Girls need to hear that sometime it makes them feel confident about the relationship!
