Tell her her hair looks cute, tell her you like her schoolbag maybe... I know I'd like that because I hate my hair and schoolbag, so it's nice to recieve compliments on something they may be self-concious of. Anything at all really, you could even say her uniform looks good on her if you really want haha. What about "You're eyes look bright today... They're pretty :)" Or just something nice, maybe a little cheesy too! But not too cheesy. Hope I helped :)

say you find her laugh cute or her handwriting or her school at like girl trash said, nothing too forward like "you're so beautiful" - even if you think that it might scare her off! be friendly and nice, and don't come off too jokey or she might not think you're genuine. Good luck! :)
