What does it mean when a guy says "can we talk?"

We've going out for over a year, but lately the relationship feels impersonal, and he doesn't seem to have time for me or want to talk or text. He asked me if we could talk, but he said "it's not a bad talk" but he hinted that it was about how our relationship feels different.

I can't say absolutely for sure, but it is a possibility. I'm a pessimist, so my logic maybe a little backward, but if something sounds, smells, and seems bad = it's probably bad. But think about things this way, why do you want an impersonal relationship with a guy anyway? You deserve better. You should just agree to meet up, have no expectations and just tell him how you feel, let him explain how he feels, and then just come down to a concensus, but if he isn't willing to do that there is only one thing you can do...

Just move on with your life and just get over this guy. Chances are that the breakup would be for the better and TO YOUR BENEFIT in the future.
