I've seen this same thing asked and tested, with the assumption that 'blonds have more fun' and that guys prefer them. What all the testing and questions always proved, is that it's completely untrue. I think even Mythbusters tested this and it was proven busted.

The problem with asking this question is that it's such a general broad question. It always depends on the girl, and on the face. Look at one of the biggest current hollywood vixens, Megan Fox. She is not blond yet is on the walls of hundreds of horny sixteen year old boy's rooms. In fact I can't see blonde hair working on her.

1: Nope, even the white unnatural blond looks good on some girls. If some friends say it would look nice, then it might compliment your face. Try it. You can always dye it back, that's the beauty of dying your hair blond.
2: Really depends on the face, so I can't say
3: I find redheads the most attractive, but some blonds and brunettes are amazing. I'm currently with a blond right now, and it's my least favourite hair colour. Works on her though.
4: Again... depends on the face. I love long lush hair, but sometimes the short pixie hair works with a girls face.

This is just too broad of a question. You would have to show a picture of yourself and ask if blond hair works for YOU.

If I had to pick a favorite hair color, I suppose I would pick brunette. Redhead is moderate second.

I think there are subtle cultural stereotypes for each hair color. If there are, I think this is how I might sum them up:

Brunettes: humble, down to earth, not trying to show off, possibly shy

Blondes: outgoing, crazy, not afraid of sexuality, high maintenance

Redheads: fiesty, independent, carefree, outgoing

I like brown or reddish brown hair the best, but it's not really important. It depends on what suits a particular girl, I guess it has to do with skin tone and other features. Many guys don't really like hair that is too short.
