It's not a deal-breaker or maker. When it comes to a unique feature like that, it matters more how you carry yourself with it than whether or not you have it. Michael Phelps has an underbite and it works for him. Taylor Fuchs (male model, Google him, or find a Youtube video to see it) has a big gap tooth and it works for him. It's part of their image and we accept it. But if you let your underbite negatively affect your self-image, it will make you unattractive, even though it's not unattractive on its own (if you know what I mean).
