"oh" "idk" "cool" and very very rarely says "mmm" and she only says it when i say it

Not all girls are like that. As for me I'm not really much of talker either. But some of my female friends are very comfortable. She may not just be comfortable physically doing it, it doesn't necessarily mean she may not like it. Maybe you should ask her how she feels about it?

She just might not be into it. I'm not really into dirty talk over the phone or texting. It's just not realistic. I can't get turned on by staring at a phone screen. Maybe your girlfriend is like me. Try to do it in person, and try touching her. See if that works.
