I have a penpal from UK and we've been chatting online for months. He usually mentions that i look very pretty and cute and yesterday he said he'd definitely ask me out if i was in England. I just laughed cause i wasn't sure if he was just kidding. Then he called me his girlfriend and i think he was kidding about that but still not sure 100% So what do you think?

I think he's definitely into you... by saying if he was in the UK he would ask you out he's testing the water by making it a hyperthetical situation and if your response isn't positive he won't lose face.

If you don't want him to call you his girlfriend tell him now so he doesn't get comfortable with it. If you did like it tell him so and see what he says...
