Depends on who it is. There are plenty of people you wouldn't want hugging you, plenty of them are bound to be of the opposite sex.

Yes, I love physical contact with girls. I go out of my way to destroy the touch barrier with girls as soon as possible because you can tell a lot about a girl's feelings for you by how she reacts when you touch her.
