When I am interested in a guy and it's in that early flirting stage, one of my moves is to make it look like he is getting an accidental look up my skirt at my panties. I'm not gonna lie some people are judgmental asses and will lose respect for you because of it. However I definetely think it would work.

My advice would be don't do it too much (only once or twice for one guy) and make it quick - guys get most flustered when they catch a brief glimpse of something hot and blow it out of proportion (we see something once and want to see it again but probably won't, it makes us go nuts). I don't think it's sexy or trashy - if a guy sees your underwear he'll (unless you make it obvious you're displaying them on purpose) think it's just his lucky day. If you want to find better ways of flirting then smiling, eye contact and a touch of the forearm would be TEN times more powerful and will leave you feeling less trashy - if of course it does which I'm in no way suggesting.
