What does it mean when guy looks at you while you walk away?

At work i saw my guy friend. He is forever teasing me. We had lunch together with some friends. When i got up and left he was still sitting.. i was in a rush... and i took a few steps and then looked back at him and he was looking at me and smiled and winked. Could this be some kind of a sign or it means nothing at all?
