Why does he blush whenever I laugh?

There's this guy who I'm aquantices with at work and we work together sometimes. I've noticed that recently when I get the giggles or laugh, he laughs with me or smiles. Sometimes he blushes when he laughs with me. I have noticed that when he stares at me sometimes he will start blushing after a while. I don't usually say or do anything to make this happen.

It is Obvious to me, @AbbieC, that with all of this 'Blushing' He... Likes you.
He appears to Enjoy your company at work and Seeing he cannot take his eyes off of you, Perhaps it is time after the doors close at Five, To... Jive. Ask him if he would like to hang Out and About.
