Everytime we look at each other without a word, we always laugh.. but sometimes i laugh because he laugh. Then he ask me why i laugh🤣
Also, why he always say “you are shy~~” everytime if my face turn red, or when i speak in low voice. Tho most of the time im not, but even if i am, why he need to like tease it🤣

Aw man, sounds like he might really like you! When guys laugh together with a girl it's usually cuz they're comfortable and having a good time.
And he's probably laughing first cuz making eye contact can feel kinda awkward and nervous sometimes, so laughing breaks the ice. Then you laugh too cuz it's contagious! That's totally normal.
As for calling you shy, I bet your reactions are just cute to him. Guys love teasing girls they find attractive, it's like our weird way of flirting. When your face gets red or your voice goes soft, he thinks it's adorable so he points it out.
