Why would a man laugh at everything I say?

I can be a quirky person, and I am not ashamed of it at all. I talk my mind all the time.

My coworker, has a pretty good time and he always chuckles and laughs and always looks forward for me to say something.

I am not funny at all! I just have some unconventional ideas sometimes. Should I hide them?

It doesn’t disturb me, because he is very sweet to me and often joins some of my unconventional ideas, always smiles when seeing me and helps me with lots of things. He fixed something for me the other day and I find him very cute.

I just wonder, why does he laugh?

Doesn’t he take me seriously?

I don’t want to be seen like I am funny or something, I am not funny at all, I just am unconventional, should I act reserved and not speak my mind?

instead I would appreciate if he was eager to join my ideas more often, instead of chuckling about them.

Well, he doesn’t laugh at everything I say, but he seems to be amused pretty often.

I don’t say anything with the intention to amuse him though!

It annoys me a little…

He also often asks me some questions and just smiles when hearing my answers.

I am not sure, I feel like he doesn’t take me seriously.

he does not laugh at everything you say... he just finds you amusing most of the time, and more than that

maybe he finds you amusing, but also funny at times, maybe whimsical or quirky as you say, he might feel that you're refreshing as well

and so... he does feel amused, he might feel joy, entertained, intrigued, interested... engaged, genuine, different

my point is... there might be a few many different ways in which he feels in a good or better mood when he is with you and by a few good things or good ways in which you can be... and that dude is just living it in the moment

and about taking you seriously... if he is helping you a LOT with things, and also fixing things for you, then he is taking you seriously but also having some fun while doing it so

Probably not. Can't say I'd care personally like they obviously like you, as long as it's not mocking you to the point of disdain I think it's fine. There are plenty of things I find annoying about other people but they're little things so it's not worth the hassle.

I have this problem. I use laughter as a tool to ease tension about controversial topics. I also will get serious if there is doubt about intentions. Laughter is the spice of life.

Ecclesiastes 3 basically says there is a time and a place for everything and you should feel free to enjoy what time we do have here on Earth.

Laughter helps me cope with tough topics and conversations. But not anything and everything is funny.

I don't know if it's true in this case, but it is a common sign that someone is interested when they laugh at everything you say that is even remotely funny.
