How often do you check your crush's Facebook profile?

Never, go talk to them and stop the internet stalking. While you may learn details of their life, it is better to learn those details through conversation so 1) they know you are interested in them, and 2) you can reciprocate related information to them so that they can see you have something in common with you. Jump in, the water may be cold but how else are you going to learn how to swim.

A few times a day... I hope that isn't bad. I have a few crushes and I just want to see what they're updates say and if they're funny I'll comment lol. But with my ex, it's more severe, I'm like always checking to see who he's talking to and vice versa. I've seen him post updates about stuff that I mentioned on my profile. That I admit is kinda bad and hope clears up...

I just get so happy when I see her profile picture.. also I get abit jelouse when I see that she's commented some other guys Facebook or something.
