Does it mean anything if my crush looks at my Facebook profile a lot?

Mutual friends of my crush have told me he's been looking at my Facebook profile a lot lately. He found out my age, my hometown and my love for cats which he actually tried to use as a conversation starter before. I asked him out a few times. He turned me down because apparently he has some fears right now and he's now very shy, awkward and nervous around me. Now I hear rumors that he can't stop looking at my page and talking about me to his close friends that I don't know but obviously they know me. He even ignores my Facebook messages when I try to talk to him. He's not a big Facebook person and he's not online a lot so I don't take it personally but the amount of times I hear that he's viewing my profile baffles me. His friends don't even understand either.

Does this mean anything?

LOL yes, exactly. I guess he was worried about my age because I actually look like I am 16.

No offence. But "finding out about your age" and worrying about it means that you didn't tell him your actual age. That's not necessary and never a good thing, sorry.

I never told him my age because I didn't think it would matter. It's not a big age difference anyway and I think he was just curious.

I don't see him much anymore but I try to make eye contact with him when I do see him. I've already shown interest so I hope he will get the confidence. We still don't know each other so he's probably looking for things I like to talk about.
