Do you think my tattoo is too big?

I got this trivial butterfly tattoo last year and I think it's really cool but some girlfriends and my ex told me it was too big for my body... I didn't pay attention to my friends I mean you know how us girls are but then when my ex told me I was like =0 So what do you people think?

Don't think it's too big and it's pretty nice. It does feel very sexual when I look at it though so maybe your friends think it doesn't reflect your outwards personality and your boyfriend is worried that you'll become more sexual than you are and leave him. So, wear it proudly because it's a beautiful piece of art and show your man more attention and make him feel like he's the only person who does it for you - he'll get over it.

Doesn't matter now...nothing you can do about it. You can always go bigger with tattoos by adding on, but can't go smaller.

Maybe you could get some color shaded into the butterfly, bright contrasting ones like hot pink and lime green. Then I think the whole piece will look more proportionate with the color balancing out the black and grey shading.

I think your tattoo looks awesome! Please disregard the other rude comments. I don't have any tattoos but that's because I am not into them but I think that one looks great! Don't worry about what other people say because they just try to make you feel bad and I think they are just jealous because they can't have a tattoo like that on their body and have it look good! =)

I think its a little big.

If you put some kind of detailing along the lower sides ( I kno that is a terrible try at an explination) it would take away from it being big, and kinda even it out. Because the tops of the wings are a lot bigger than the bottom, if you had something there I think it would look a lot better. But I think its a cute design.

I think it's cool. Screw what other people think. When people comment negatively about mine, I've learned to reply by brushing it off. It's not their body anyway.

Dont worry if your tats too big...instead worry if your ass gets too big and you'll do alright with the fellas. From the pic you look like you're in pretty good shape. And personally I think young chicks with tats are damn hot. Problem is the tats don't look so hot after 35 or so.

i think its a good size sumthin bigger would be too big..its on your back not ur arm or sumthin its fine..but I'm sure you gonna hear it from people telling u..u have a tramp stamp but I wouldn't worry about it I like it.

That's an awesome tattoo, but I would have put it on the shoulder blade...there's something very tacky about a tramp stamp. just my opinion, of course

I do think it is a bit big but not so big that it is unattractive and it is a very pretty design so I would not worry about it.
