What does it mean when a woman winks at a man while talking?

I had this by the woman receptionist in my office block (who is 38yrs old) and has previously said of me that I am 'tall and good-looking!'

She was talking to someone at the office party and when she saw me, she sort of gave me a deep smile and then winked at me.
