My crush's friend stares at me and acts weird when I talk to him?

This guy I like has this really,really close friend(even though my crush told me he was weird after he gave me a massage). Anyways, his friend always looks at me during lunch. My friends are in there (especially my closest guy friend who is like my brother). It's like, every time I look up at my friend (who sits behind him) he's always looking at me. Also, whenever I'm with my crush and him, he always looks at my crush with a smirk and my crush just looks at him. He also texted me after my crush and I were alone once asking what happened. When he cried once, he kept staring at me then, and during a camp thing I sat next to my crush (his friend was on the other side of the table), I kept saying "I'm sorry, I'm sorry for sitting next to you, Hope you don't mind" and his friend said "trust me, he doesn't mind. He wanted you to sit there". He also knew my name before I told him and when he said it, he looked at my crush. So yeah, I don't know what's going on..:\

Chances are that he probably like you. But there's the problem that you don't want to be mean to him cause he is your crush's friend. You should be just honest to him and tell him that you have your targets set on someone else
