A crush yells at you, out of nowhere - How do you respond?

Lets say you go to say hello or some innocuous conversation ensues,... A crush loses it, & says/ yells really mad something like:

"What the hell do you want from me ?"

What do you do?

Do YOU ever talk like that to people, yourself - I think I have done that once ,but I was just frustrated with the situation, not mad at them.

Idk the real situation... but yeah maybe he was having a bad day... Maybe he really has serious feelings for you and he feels strung along and is tired of the games and he just wants to know how you feel, and its driving him crazy and he just... snapped.

Maybe a combination of both... I'm not sure tho, there's no way of really knowing besides asking him and talking about it. Might be good for the both of you. :)

:) Thank you for responding seriously... You may be correct tho, lol I guess there are clearer ways for him to express it.

i am worried that it may really disturb him for me to bring it up, & what I he responded that way because he was feeling attacked or invaded.. if someone feels rejected at one point they build up big walls that they believe later on... for all I now he hates me because of two years ago... or at least is seeking revenge - maybe without realizing it.

I'd say "ooookay..." and slowly back away and not start up any new conversations with that person.

Maybe he was just having a really bad day. It could happen. Just leave it be, and try next week to talk to him but have a meaning for it.

Just wodering what people would do.

Like some people get mad & some people stick around to find out what's up.

It is a bit of a personal thing to say - & rather ryude of course.

In my case particular, he calmed down right away & specifially said he was actually confused as to what I wanted, which confused me ,because I did not think I wanted anything - he was not just blowing off -he was confused.

But it raised my curiosity in general- how peple respond when people yell :-)

Makes sense... lol I ca't walk away from drama - I'm an actor & I love watching, action , motivation & reaction take form.

I figure while I'm standing there , it really does not have to be personal - I just watch I think, well I could walk away now & miss something or wait a bit - I mean the thing about walking away, is it is never too late to do that - for me.
