What does it mean when a women plays with her earlobes?, gently stroking them, when chatting to a guy and her head slightly tilted to side.

basically I was speaking to this girl who I told her friend that I wanted to chat to her, hardly know her and she came, as soon has she sat down to talk she fixed her hair even though tied back and started to play with her ears.

it means she feels comfortable around that person or in that environment, not necessarily attracted to that person though. I sometimes play with my earlobes with my head tilted to the side when talking to people of both genders so you can't really tell from that alone if the girl is interested in the guy.

could be a few things- boredom, nervousness, attraction, so sometimes its hard to tell. I play with my earlobes or hair when engaged in a convo with either men or women when I am listening intently with what they are saying. It keeps me occupied.
