I first met him when I walked into the shop and I was wearing a short red dress and black heals because I was about to go out that night with the girls. He was really friendly and siked to help me. I set the appointment for the day of my 18th birthday, which was about 4 weeks away. When the date finally arrived, I came into the shop and he seemed very shy and I tried to make small talk to help us both be less awkward, which worked! He even admitted that he remembered what I was wearing and said I was a vixen haha. The only problem is he's in his 30's and has a girlfriend Is he just being friendly and trying to get more business or could there be a connection? I've seen him after the appointment to get touch ups and more work and he always seems to flirt and compliment me, even makes slight sexual innuendos.

He's also knows one of my good friends who works at the shop and my friend says he always asks about me and my interests.

Honestly, he's probably attracted to you - but not enough to ever make a move. The fact that you just turned 18 probably freaks him out, you're barely jail bait!

He doesn't know you, only your appearance, so it's a very superficial and shallow liking he has for you - if anything.

He was probably awed by your looks and dress, but that's about it. He has a girlfriend, he's in his 30s and he's established as a tattoo artist. Don't give him a second thought.
