Is tattoo artist hitting on me or just being friendly?

I messaged him about the price of getting a tattoo and he responded and followed me back on instagram. We were kinda discussing the details of the tattoo, but I didn’t plan on getting the tattoo right at the moment as i was still tryna figure out the details myself. I didn’t reply. He messaged me twice once asking if I still wanted the tattoo. Then he liked a selfie I posted on my story and he slid up asking if I wanted the tattoo again this time he said with a discount. I know it’s probably just business and im reading too much into it but what do you think?

Likely hitting on you. I don’t know of any professional artists who would do that. It’s normal for them to ask you if you still want the tattoo, but not professional for them to be liking your photos and following you on social media.

I was thinking that too. However I’m still not sure, he reacted with a surprised emoji to my pic and still likes my stories I am trying to figure out if he just wants my business or is he flirting

I don’t know, liking your story is defo a sign that he’s hitting on you. Are you attracted to him? Or would going to him for a tattoo make you uncomfortable?
