We just started working at the same place. We have been introduced and have to email at times. Again, never even writes my name. It is so odd cause everyone else calls me by my name. Even got to the last name real fast and then stopped himself to ask me if he was getting it right? Isn't this an act? He clearly knows my name, probably even looked me up. But won't say it.
