Why do I attract masculine and tough guys?

I can't say I have a type but I think I do have a pattern. The guys I seem to like have a key trait in them. Blue eyes, golden brown hair, tall and masculine.
My most recent crush was on a guy (mutual feelings) who had a great physique and was very masculine. He didn't have bulging muscles or anything but he still had a very fit body and he was tall and manly. His look was very rugged but he was very cute.

I'm very different in comparison. I ve been told I look 16 and I'm very feminine and girly and I'm pretty small in height and body.
So I was wondering is there a specific psychological thinking behind my choice or its just opposites attract?

Same here I attract masculine guys on a daily basis, there is a whole knowledge behind it. Masculine guys feel attracted to feminine girls, it's basically their weakness. It has to do with our hormones. Feminine girls have a higher estrogen and masculine guys have a higher testosterone compared to the average, thus they're way more attracted to the complete opposite of them and that is also their weakness. A feminine girl makes a masculine guy feel a certain way other less feminine girls can't and vice versa.
