Why do I attract very masculine men?

I think I attract less masculine too, but I have noticed I do attract a lot of socially dominant , highly masculine men and generally aggressive men.

I might feel attraction back, but I never act on it because I don’t like them romantically, I would much rather have a nice guy love me. I do attract nice guys too, but “bad boys” tend to have a thing for me.

I do attract them a lot I think.

Well, while men are more aggressive, masculinity is not measured by how aggressive and "loud" a man is.. A nice guy more quiet guy could be just as masculine but not highly aggressive at least in most cases.. But, I can assure those aren't the only types of men you attract, just the ones bold enough to come up to you I suppose..

I might go into the room and the most dominant guy will pick me to approach. I don’t know why. Nice guys do approach me too, but more often I am approached by socially dominant ones. They do act very sweet to me, but I know they are not and I’d rather stay away.

If you mean you get more attention from masculine men then it's just a problem of perception: they tend to be more bold and straightforward so they give you the illusion they are more than nice guys.

What to do in this case? If you're shy I see no other option than try to overcome it at least a bit and let the lovely guy know he has a chance. I'm not saying you should throw yourself at him, but, I don't know, smile at him (a shy smile is enough, actually, if you blush it's even better), be approachable, ask him personal questions so he knows you're interested. Then it's his turn to make his move.
