Is eye contact always a sign of attraction?

Like would you mind locking eyes with someone you don't find attractive? This guy and I have had a loottt of eye contact, but still he won't make a move, so I'm just wondering if he's even interested.

Just plain staring does not mean good attraction. But looking at you repeatedly throughout the day is good. Often, a guy will look at you, and then look away if you notice, or when talking to you, look a little longer into your eyes than is usual, because he finds you attractive. When a guy is attracted to a girl, he often finds his eyes on her, but this is not done in an "undressing you manner", but more like appreciating the beauty manner.

No it doesn't. Eye contacy indicates how open you are with someone. Just because you're comfortable with someone doesn't necessarily mean you're interested in but it's not a bad sign. You wouldn't be able to tell on this alone.

Nope. Good eye contact is considered a basic courtesy and respect. It was instructed in public skools back when manners were valued. We've fallen so far it's almost unbearable.
