What do girls intend when they invite a guy to a party?

Long story short, this one girl who was in my class this past Spring, well I saw her for the first time since last week at a bar with a couple of her friends. Talk with her and her friends and then got her number, couple days passes and I text her a message asking what she was doing for the weekend and if she had any plans, well she invited me to a party at her apartment last Friday night in which she was having with couple of her GFs, they were also a couple of guy friends of hers as well. I brought over Jagger for a special drink that I make, and I wanted to showcase it to her, as well as be outgoing, and try to get along with everyone there at the party. Well she did not want to drink, so instead I made the drink for one of her GFs. this friend of hers was a little drunk, she is pretty hot not going to lie, so I did the shot with her, talked with her for a little bit as well her guy friends, was trying my best to start conversation, played her card game with her, however she seemed shy for some reason, and I did not want her to get the impression that I am overbearing, plus she was talking with her guy friends more then me, So I thought she was trying to get me Jealous or something, so I started talking with the Girlfriend of her who I did the shot with. The girl that invited me to the party changed into night time wear, and wanted to sleep, by this point pretty much everyone had left besides this one Girlfriend of hers that I did the shot with, her roommate and the roommate BFs. The friend of the girl who I did the shot with, wanted to go to another party, so I went with her, by this time as we are walking together to wherever this party is at in which she was at earlier. It was dark, and it was 2 am I think, where holding hands, and walking. Get to the party, stay there to 3: 30 in the morning, she wanted to grab sometime to eat, by this time it was 4 something, So we went to Perkins, by this time of course she has her arm over my shoulder, walking to my car, we get to Perkins, holding hands walking in. Eat, driving back, she says" we should hangout together sometime" I give her my phone, and she puts her number in. I drop her off, flash forward to the w/e, text the girl who invited me to the party, told her we should play another card game the next time and she said yeah, and then I asked her if she has ever been to a comedy show and she said no, so I asked her if she would like to go to one, she yeah. I wait til Sunday to text back with some information about the show, and she said, I am free anytime however I have to check with my roommate schedule to see when and can go and I said that's fine and ask about something else. Anyhow I saw her girl friend last night, she came up and gave me hug, I later text her, because she did not have her phone with her that night, she then starts calling me hun with a : ) and asked what I am up to. Text her back this morning at school because I pasted out when I got home. And I have not heard back from her
