What does it feel like getting hit with a paintball?

Going paintball tomorrow and I want to know! Does it hurt?

Its not as bad as you'd think, its more or less the fact that not knowing how painful it is makes it seem a lot worse than it really is. Its really hard to compare it with anything, possibly similar to the feeling you would get from a football flying into you but off a smaller size and much faster, it feels like a hard fud and tends to form a blue bruise afterward, the fact that where I went anyone over the age of 15 were not allowed to wear padding meant that I felt the full pain lol, bit unfair but its deffinitly fun just enjoy yourself

Played tournament paintball on off for a few years , 1st one is always the worst , it sort of feels like getting slapped with a ruler, it doesn't hurt much , enjoy

I went paintballing a couple of weeks ago and yes it does hurt. I had some nice bruises down my arm! :P

But I was the only one out of my friends that got bruised! I think I'm just useless at dodging...

So yeah it stings but trust me, its so much fun that you don't particularly notice and even if you do its worth it for such a great time!

Yes. It hurts. Pain is relative, but I would say it feels like a ball of plastic with paint inside much like an eyeball say hits you at arund 20mph. or something. Velocity makes anything hurt worse. Don't worry, HAVE FUN! ( note there may be bruising if you don't wear padding.)

Yes it hurts, but you will be so pumped while running around, you will just think it's funny.

You will probably get some bruises.
