So I have known this guy since I have been 12 I am 22 now. We have been dating for three months now and he said to me today that his feelings aren't as strong as yours. What does that mean?

If the context was he was saying he didn't like you as much as you liked him, then I think he's warning you he doesn't think the relationship will work out or come to be.

If he was just saying he doesn't have strong feelings, then he may be giving you a heads up he won't be the most romantic person out there.

It wasn't out of the blue I was being dumb today and saying stuff about our relationship and I was like do you think we will be together for a long time, and he said in the text, " I think we will be ok. My feelings aren't as strong as yours." He tells me he hearts me all the time, that's just what we say, but then he's done some shady things in the past three months. maybe I am just blind.
