WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A GUY SAYS SUP?

So I am starting a streak with this guy that i’ve been talking to (i’m pretty sure he likes me) so I sent him a snapchat saying “text me ;)” but i’m pretty sure he thought it was streaks but then after a couple hours or so I sent streaks again saying streaks then he texted me. He sent a photo saying “sup” and we had a short conversation because he was about to play fortnite lmao but saying sup is he friend zoning me? I mean he texted me after I sent streaks knowing when i sent him “text me”, it was just to him. Also he said sup when he was about to play fortnite so he didn’t have to bother saying that but he did. I am so confused with this guy help!

A sup is just a sup. No friend zoning or anything but since he's playing fornite, then I'm sure as hell he's trying to end the chat more quickly or send you shorter sentences so he doesn't get distracted in the game

well he texted me sup and then i said hey. then he said he was going to play fortnite and i said i want to play but i don’t have a playstation or xbox and he said rip and then we just had little conversation about fortnite and then he said that he was about to play fortnite and he would text me later
