He’s actually a good guy, just no the best to have feeling for and I don’t have feeling but I do have crush on him since day 1. We’ve met like 2 week ago at a party and been to couple since then. The first we met we made out the whole night and the second he was way too upset and opened up to me about his problems. The third we talked more about the stuff and since I was down too we didn’t do anything but hugging. He recently cought feelings for a girl but it is now over though he isn’t, I recently broke up with a guy that is in love with me because I have no feelings. I am not looking for a boyfriend or anything, not yet at least, but I want him to want me. How do I do that?

Seriously though, if you're a woman, it never hurts to be overt. Ask him to hang out with you, get him alone, and tell him what you want in a relationship and then describe the things you want to do with him.
