If a girl blushes after you compliment her is it weird or cute?

Well it matters where or when the blush happens.
"After a/you compliment" sounds reasonable, to an extent. It matters if it was a compliment or if it was a general statement, it also matters if it was during something serious or if it was randomly, such as when getting lunch.
If it's an honest compliment (not like "Wow your hair reminds me of the fiery pits of hell") at a good time (Not during a funeral or large meeting) then sure, blushing is cute.
In general, though, blushing is cute anyway, so you can ignore some of this

Everyone blushes, so it’s a natural thing. But to be honest it is very cute whether it’s nose, ears or cheeks.

It's cute in theory, but in reality I probably wouldn't even notice it. I don't think I've ever actually payed enough attention to witness someone noticeably blushing.
