Ah! The same thing happens to me. Not only do my cheeks turn bright red, but my ears do too, and they stick out! I've gotten quite a few comments on it and they just make it worse!
If I don't know them and they blush at me, it's kind of weird. If I do know them, it is absolutely cute. Just act naturally when you do.

Maybe some guys, but surely not all guys. I personally have blushed a few times in my life around girls. I do not remember the reactions people gave me.
