I'm only 5'3'' so I am definitely a short little girl! I love taller guys because it makes me feel cute and tiny :) Taller guys tends to like that too because they can feel more masculine and just bigger! Personally, my height isn't something I'm super insecure about, and long as someone doesn't make mean comments about it. But generally, I like getting teased for being short and when a guy pokes my buttons for being short. But not all girls like that so you can try to see if she likes that. If I am with a tall guy I like, I'd want him to lift me up and spin me. Maybe you can try to do that if you guys get to hug. Id also like if a guy comes up behind me and hugs my waist and just holds me as we walk. So definitely the big key here is closing in the proximity. Holding her hand randomly, tickling her, etc (only if you know she likes you though or she will not like that.) Besides that, flirting with her like you do with any other girl will work. Our height won't make certain forms of flirting any more or less effective. It's largely going to depend on her personality, not her size. One thing you should avoid, I suppose, is use your physical presence imposingly, or in a way that makes her feel trapped. I've had guys try to pull that shit with me, like blocking me in a doorway, on a bus, in an elevator, or just generally in my path.
