How do I know if it’s a fake account on Instagram?

Ok so I don’t know if I am being paranoid or it’s actually a fake account, but it started following me, and then DM me the same day saying hi ❤️ How are you and so on. This guy is supposedly Brazilian and I speak Portuguese so he started speaking Portuguese instead and sends pictures which seem to be the same as the ones is his account and he also has one video doing pull ups, and today he sent me one of his face. But I am still doubting he is real because he is really attractive and I just know that there is so many fakes and human trafficking things going on that it scares me a little so what would you guys say do you think he is fake? His his followers are mostly women as well

Another thing to look out for is the gap of time in between posts. If it's very less, then almost the account's definitely fake.
