When I was a bit younger i would absolutely avoid even looking at them. As much as I wanted to do a double take, I'd tell myself not to because i had this irrational fear that he'd totally know I have a hopeless crush on him. Yeah totally contradictory.

I've coached myself to relax and be more open to conversation now. If i don't know what to say, instead of nervously babbling. I'll listen for a bit and then add to the conversation.

I suck at acting cool. I start walking kinda funny if I know he is watching, I start blushing soooooo bad during conversations, and I have this thing where I don't want the crush to know I'm interested so I pretend I don't even know when they are making moves. In my experience they most certainly do not XD Aloof, a bit clumsy, stutters, avoids eye contact, avoids me entirely, blushes. I have yet to meet someone cool and calm if they have a crush on me.
