My crush (guy) gave me a dirty (mean) look?

okay, so I'm gonna try to make this as short as possible... okay so I was going to meet this guy at school.. my friend had informed him about me and all that so when I was going to meet him, I walked into his classroom and he gave me dirtiest look... then! a few weeks later he told my friend to tell me that I should come to one of his games... what exactly does this mean ? like how come he gave me a look (like he wasn't interested) then tells my friend that I should go to one of his games...

i myself do this sometimes where I'm having a bad day or lost in my own thoughts that cause me to change the tone of my eyes...and sometimes it happens when I crosspaths with the mutual crushes I have...and in the end, its not about them but they take it as I'm not itnerested in them anymore

so...you could have caught him in the wrong time...him asking you to come to his game after that scenario tells that he is interested in you still..
