Is it normal that guy is orbiting me (always watching my story updates and has once commented on my story?

We're not friends or anything! Also I don't post selfies.
He watches them quickly too. One time he even watched within 10 minutes of me updating my story.
We'e been following each other for over a year now. One average he has watched like 70% of my stuff. Lately he's been watching all of them.
What do u guys think? Does he seem interested?

Most likely has an interest in you but is too shy/scared to initiate.

On the other hand, he could literally just be watching your stuff and that's it. If you're that curious, straight up ask if he likes you.
