Does it mean if this guy watches my stories 100 percent of the time?

I know that watching Instagram stories probably don’t mean much. Someone can view stories from time to time or just let stories play on its own, but does it mean anything that this guy I used to date watches 100 percent of my stories within the first hour of me posting it and usually watches around the 15 minute mark. My latest story, he watched within 4 minutes of me posting. My close friends don’t even watch all of my stories and if they do, it’s hours after I posted. It’s been 4 months now since we stopped talking/dating because one day he just decided to ghost me so I want to know why is he still constantly watching?

I have wondered the same thing as I’m in the same boat!! It’s so weird isn’t it? I feel like only those guys who watch it 100% of the time will be able to tell us if it means anything
