Guys, when you block a woman on social media: is it to get over her or because you’re over her?

I only block if they are causing me a serious problem, us men are not like the snowflakes we have for women these days, that block like it is going out of fashion. They would have to be harassing me, stalking me or slandering me for me to block them.

The same applies either way but if your heart is broken it is best to block to try and avoid the person so it helps to get over it. You have heard of the expression out of sight, out of mind. But seeing as you unblock people also, it is irrelevant.

I never block someone just because we used to be friends or to get over her. That is passive aggressive and ordering on toxic. The only ones I have blocked were women who were toxic from the beginning and I just didn't want a part of it
