My crush gave me the most AMAZING hug... could he be interested?

So I was at a party with the guy I have a crush on. I waved hello and instead of waving back he held his arms out to hug me. That's the first time we ever hugged, so I was like "woah, okay." It wasn't anything special. Besides, he kind of has a girlfriend (nothing official, she likes him and he's being polite; but to be honest, he looks bored with her.) Toward the end of the party we ended up dancing by each other, and there was some flirting and joking going on.

Then at the end of the party I go to wave goodbye and he holds out his arms for a hug. It wasn't like a "oh, we're friends, let's hug?" He pulled me into a really tight hug that lasted for about ten seconds. He was even rocking side to side during it. I was so nervous that I probably gave him the wrong signals, but whatever :P

We're kind of friends, but we've only known each other for about a month or two. That party definitely bridged the gap between acquaintance and friend though :D

Anyway, what do you think is going on in his head?

he obviously see's you as more then a friend if he can't resist you ,

just by the way he hugged you again tells you that he likes you :)

but then again , that's just what I think :P

i think that he might have intrest in you. because he huged you like in the way he did. so I think you should see how he reacts around you during school or when ever you see him
