My crush found out that I like him, advice?

Theres a guy a year younger than me who showed many signs that he was interested in me since last year, he was very quiet and shy around me and I had no guts to talk to him because I liked him too. Unfortunatly I accidently messed up our aquantanship and we stopped looking at each other. I was really down for months about messing it up because it was obvious that he did have feelings. I recently got over him.

Yesterday I was sitting by some benches in my school and 2 of his friends were sitting right near us and were eavsdropping the convo my friends and I were having. Long story short, one of my friends said out loud "didnt you like (my crushes name)?" his friends heard her. They told my crush and he told 2 guys in my class and they confronted me about it and now my crush looks at me a lot in the halls and his friends call him so he can check me out in the halls. I don't get why there doing that.

Unfortunatly one of my friends assumed that I was still over him and when my crushes friends were eavsdropping again today my friend said "oh ..she doesn't like (my crushes name) , no she likes this guy in gr.12".once she said that his friends crushes looked right at her..im scared that she threw them off and now my crush might have no idea what I'm feeling. I have no way to speak to my crush because I am still shy and can't confront him due to something that happend in the past. Should we say something to make it obvious when they eavsdrop tmw? Help me out..i think this is my second chance at this. Thanks!

well I think you should talk to your crush tell him that you like him not some random dude in gr.12 tell him the whole story...or just the main point... your goal here seems like is for your crush to like you do your best to get there, if I had a crush on a guy I would wait a period of 3+ months then confess, I don't know why, my friend says a silly crush doesn't last more then 3-4 months so I wait to see if it's just a silly crush not worth worrying about

I don't understand these stupid situations when two people both like each other, but they still won't talk to each other. You have two choices, talk to your crush or don't. If you talk to him and explain what happened, or you can forget about the whole thing and move on. It doesn't matter what stupid sh*t happened in the past, he clearly likes you and would want you to tell him.
