should the girl approach him or wait for him to approach her? & what exactly does it mean when you catch a guy glance at you more than once?

usally if he glances twice you caught his eye the first time and he is checking you out the second time. as for the aproaching part that's is vary individualistic some guys will go try to pick you up while others are too shy and will just enjoy the view.

& if he makes eye contact with you for like a split second? I had this happen to me this morning when we were waiting in line for our food orders and I was in my work clothes (navy blue polo and tan khakis) so I was surprised I was getting a 2nd glance.

guys can get good at picking out how you look however your dressed. I went to a uniform high school and all you had to go on was the face because the uniform hid the body shape etc. I think girls are too hard on themselves at times you don't have to be dressed up nice just to catch a guys eye.

He may be interested in the girl. But not necessary. He may be admiring he looks and dressing.
