Can y’all give me tips on how to flirt with my eyes?

I’m not a big verbal flirter. But when I do flirt, I use body language Instead. I am confident in my technique, but I need a little advice

What you’re really asking is how to create sexual tension. That’s the purpose of flirting with your eyes, but it’s not only the eyes. It’s about body language and your whole vibe or your energy. It’s the feeling of the interaction.

There’s a social vibe and there’s a seductive vibe. A social vibe is the vibe you have around your friends. A seductive vibe is the vibe you have with a guy you’re about to have sex with, or perhaps even after sex during pillow talk.

When you’re in a social vibe you’re high energy, you talk a lot, you crack jokes, you’re really expressive, you fill in the silences, you avoid making too strong eye contact.

When you’re in a seductive vibe everything is much more slow, calm, but also intense. It’s more quiet, lower energy, you crack less jokes, you’re less expressive, there are more silent pauses, and the eye contact is stronger.

Think about what tension really is. When you’re in that social vibe the reason you’re so expressive, talkative, filling in the silences etc. Is to relieve tension. The less you do these things the more tension is created.

The main purpose of laughing for example is not actually to respond to something funny, it’s to relieve tension. You laugh at completely unfunny things that weren’t even meant to be funny all the time to make people feel less awkward - less tense. In text how often do you say “lol” when you didn’t actually laugh at all? You do that for the same reason.

A man and a man stare into each others eyes silently without expression. That tension is likely to be perceived as a threat. One of them is probably gonna break it to avoid confrontation, or if they don’t one of them is probably going to ask “whats your problem?” Tension between two straight men = potential violence.

Between a man and a woman the tension is by definition sexual. If the woman in particular doesn’t like the man it’s threatening or creepy, but if she does like him it’s hot. For you it’s more that the guy will either find you to be weird or hot I guess.

Of course you’re not gonna go up to guys and stare at them while saying absolutely nothing like some kind of psychopath, the point is that tension between a man and a woman in that way is by definition sexual. This is how animals communicate, and it’s how our caveman ancestors communicated before they developed speech.

Another thing you might have heard about going further into non-verbal communication, and if you can understand this it will come off as more natural, is about the idea that dogs can smell fear. They can’t smell it, but they can sense it even if you try to look confident. Or if you try to train a dog and you’re anxious you pass on that energy to your dog. The energy you put out influences animals and humans regardless of what it is that you’re saying.

Ever walked into a room where somebody else is sat, they haven’t said anything, but you felt pissed off for no reason? Then you figure out that they’re pissed off. You picked up on their pissed off energy and you became pissed off.

Same thing happens here if you feel turned on by someone. If you feel turned on by a guy you’ll naturally act in a seductive manner, it will naturally show through your body language, your tone of voice etc. That part probably sounds stupid but that’s how all of the rest of this works.

This struck me as really cute. I can give you the only tip you need. I am dead serious.

Nobody and I mean NOBODY makes a conscious effort to flirt with their eyes. Everybody who flirts face-to-face is for sure using their eyes as part of their 'flirting body language'.

But if you TRY to flirt with your eyes... you're going to look crazy as hell and freak out everybody.

So you do already know how to do this. You are, in fact already doing this whenever you're flirting.

What you've asked is akin to asking "how do I show people I'm happy (or sad or whatever) with my eyes?

Well... you don't ever have to think about that. If you feel sad... your eyes will reflect that. If you feel happy, your eyes need no thought... they do their job... they look like happy eyes.

Same goes for flirting. I would be very curious to know what you think your eyes are conveying while the rest of your body is flirting its ass off? Hopefully they're also flirting their eye-asses off. Not just like... vacant dolls eyes attached to an otherwise flirty girl? That would be terrifying.
