So lately I've been hanging out with this guy at work I'm 21 he's 17 and he's very quiet and very sweet but I can tell he likes me and is shy about it and I like him honestly but I feel guilty and kinda embarrassed about it what are your thoughts 😅 please help

I don't think it's a HUGE difference, obviously the maturity levels are different, and I think you should enjoy his company, you should not be embarrassed, just enjoy your time with him and don't get hurt. ALSO, wait until he is 18 before you go any further lol

The age gap is not large, however if you think back to when you were 17, you know how guys are then.
