Is it okay to like guys or girls significantly younger than you?

This would be in legal context is it okay to be attracted to a girl or guy who’s quite a bit younger than you. I feel like nowadays with my generation it’s just seen as wrong and your aw weirdo if you well of your a guy anyway if your a salmon your seen as a hot cougar or milf which the logistics of that are crazy. In my opinion I don’t see anything wrong with being attracted to a girl much younger than you within reason once you get into the territory of minors your obviously a weirdo but I also don’t see it being a big deal if your a guy in your 40s and you find a girl in her late teens to twenty’s attractive I mean that just makes sense most ladies in there 40s aren’t exactly spring chickens and vice versa. I just feel like that makes sense around those ages many consider that to be their quite on quote prime physically. Dating wise I though I get being opposed to tow people in those drastically different age bracket dating but if they can make it work I say do what you want as long as it’s safe and consensual. And that’s ofc the extreme but even like a 10 year gap nowadays is seen as this horrific thing I think people are just weird if ima be honest seems like some people are projecting if anything. My parents have about a ten year gap I’ve dated girls younger then me with about a 6 year gap i even got this ladies number pretty really nice lady who was ten years older than me. Would you believe I got more push back on the 6 year gap then the ten year gap. Maybe it’s just me but I think the dramatics have gotten a bit outta hand personally.
