Is it okay to have a crush on someone who is 6 years younger than me?

I have a crush on my coworker. I turn 25 in 2 weeks and he is 6 years younger than me. He isn’t mature for his age. It’s not like he comes across as very mature. But he is really easy to talk to and trusting him is organic and easy. He seems genuine, friendly, and a good person. But I don’t flirt or act on the crush because I worry about the age difference. I doubt he even is aware of my crush on him because even though we chat I try my best not to make it obvious.

Its obviously fine to have a crush and many younger guys would be interested. Not all though and you should't take that personally.

For some men dating older women is like a woman dating a shorter man. They just have a block about it.

Well you’re both over 18 so you’re both consenting adults if you both choose to start something. It may be morally wrong depending on your beliefs, but not legally wrong.
