I definitely fantasized about rescuing people, especially women. I think a lot of the video games and other media i was consuming as a kid fed into this fantasy.

When I was a kid, I fantasized about being a superman-figure. Then when The Matrix came out, ofcourse, fantasized about being The One-like figure. On both instances, I save people from harm.

Not really, but I had a dream like that once. My brother and I were in a large building very similar to that animal lover’s from Series of Unfortunate Events (the movie adaptation) and I was just looking at some stuff and then suddenly my brother was in the grasp of a white and yellow python at least around the size of a Titanoboa. I grasped a sword and cut them in half and the dream pretty much ended there

Growing up I fantasized about it tons. Dad was a firefighter then a police officer. I have actually saved 2 people for sure and 1 I hope ended well. It's a great feeling but a much more intense experience in the moment than fantasized about.
